So, you're interested in being published by Omiokun Books. Here's what you should know about our process.

Omiokun Books is looking for creative works of art for its 2021 publishing lineup. We’re interested in innovative, soul stirring manuscripts in the following categories - 

• Creative nonfiction

• Literary novels and novellas

• Short story collection

• Essay collection

• Poetry

Omiokun Book encourages submissions from Black and brown, female, LGBTQ, immigrant, progressive and marginalized voices.

All manuscripts should include a title page (including your name, email address, phone number and other relevant information) and table of contents. Manuscripts should be paginated and formatted in an easy-to-read font such as Arial or Times New Roman. Please include a bio or something about yourself in your cover note.

We prefer to work with authors directly. We do not consider previously published materials.
